DTN Closing Grain Comments    05/01 13:50
   Row-Crop Prices Cautiously Higher; Winter Wheat Falls Back

   December corn ended up 3 1/4 cents and November soybeans were up 5 1/2 cents
Wednesday, the day after the U.S. Energy Department issued guidelines for the
production of sustainable aviation fuel. July KC wheat closed down 10 1/4
cents, a third day lower following last week's short-covering rally.

GENERAL COMMENTS:

   July corn closed up 4 cents and December corn was up 3 1/4 cents. July
soybeans closed up 7 1/4 cents and November soybeans were up 5 1/2 cents. July
KC wheat closed down 10 1/4 cents, July Chicago wheat was down 4 cents and July
Minneapolis wheat was down 2 cents.
